It's been promised so many times -- the building freeze against Yehuda and Shomron will NOT apply to schools, which will continue to be built as usual. Both Prime Minister Netanyahu and Education Minister Gidon Saar have promised this to the public.
But this week it turns out that Mr. Barak has no intention of approving construction of schools. This was discovered by Knesset Members who heard it from a legal advisor of Defense Minister Barak. Here's background:

Please contact Education Minister Gidon Saar and insist that he take his his colleague, Mr. Barak, in hand, which he is well able to do. For example (or use your own words):
"Dear Mr. Minister, promises must be kept, and kids, even in Yehuda v'Shomron, must have schools!!"
